ATL Rising

An AI music industry RPG for you and up to 3 friends

A home studio, a borrowed mic, and a city that makes stars. Your turn.

Comic strip of a round in ATL Rising: Nia, singer-songwriter balancing rent, hooks, and stubborn optimism; and Malik, producer and former church drummer chasing clean low end.
Every round can be painted as a comic strip like this one, following each player's part of the story.

A round in ATL Rising

Each player types what their character does. When everyone's in, the Game Master answers all of you at once.

Nia I’ll sing the hook unplugged and see if the neighbors become our backup choir.

Malik I’m tracing the power cable—this speaker cuts out like it heard the rent was due.

You hear the speaker cough, crackle, then surrender right before the hook. Nia steps into the silence and sings it unplugged, her voice carrying through the rented house and out toward the porch. A neighbor taps the beat on the railing; another joins in, and suddenly your rough rehearsal has a tiny, very local choir. Malik follows the cable to a loose power strip, swaps in the one borrowed from the kitchen, and the monitors thump back on. The song lands harder now, and someone next door asks what time tomorrow’s show starts. What do you do?

How a game works

Open a room in ATL Rising, share the six-letter code, and everyone makes a character. Each round you all type what you do; the AI Game Master rolls the dice for anything risky, keeps track of your money, belongings, health and skills, and tells one shared story that reacts to every player. It remembers what happened earlier, so choices come back around. Play solo on your phone, or with friends on a call.
